MILOPA processes account registration details, contact enquiries, selected growth goals, assessment responses, learning progress, journal entries and records needed to provide the website.
Why we process information
To operate accounts, deliver educational programs, remember your preferences, secure the platform and manage subscriptions and payments. We use necessary session cookies for authentication and request security.
Email communication
Email verification is optional and controlled by the administrator. Password recovery requires an available email delivery service. Promotional emails use your opt-in preference and include an unsubscribe option.
Private wellbeing and AI content
Private journals and reflections are stored under your member account. If AI coaching is enabled, the questions and responses may be stored in the application's database for conversation continuity. Avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive information. Administrators see aggregate coaching statistics in the dashboard, but authorized server/database operators may technically access stored records.
Payment processing
When configured, payments may be handled by independent payment providers according to their policies. MILOPA stores transaction status and records needed for account management, not your complete card number.
